Vacmux is run without a support team or a ticketing system behind it. If a calculator gave you a number that doesn’t look right, a guide has an error, or a link is broken, email is the way to reach the person who maintains the site.

For questions about a specific vacuum’s warranty, safety recall, or repair, the manufacturer is the better first stop — Vacmux is independent and not affiliated with any vacuum brand mentioned on the site.
